Opportunities Abound South of the Border
It's July already! Just last month, AMT Mexico co-hosted with Monterrey Tech the Second Manufacturing Conference and Open House in Monterrey. During the venue, 32 conferences were presented to Mexico's industrial community at the 2 day event. Attendees had the opportunity to share with members their project plans and manufacturing needs throughout Mexico.
We took the opportunity to pre-launch IMTS2008 and invite all attendees to schedule their visit. Not even high humidity and a cloudy morning prevented IMTS Hot Air balloon from flying! We also announced the pre-launching of Mexico Day during IMTS2008.
Known as the "City of Mountains" and "Sultanate of the North", Monterrey is a modern industrial center. The city is just behind Mexico City in many respects, geographic size, GDP, and population.
