IMTS is One Year Away … Are You Ready?
September, 2011
Sure, a year sounds like a long time, but IMTS will be here before you know it, and the time to get ready is now! This IMTSedu webinar will focus on all the things you need to start doing to guarantee a good show experience. We will discuss the specifics of how both visitors and exhibitors should prepare.
Visitors: What equipment will you need a year from now, what’s your budget, and what exhibitors should you see to talk about fulfilling those needs? Also, which staff members should you send to IMTS? It’s important to make it a team effort – with four exhibit halls, your best strategy is to “divide and conquer” so you can make sure you see everything you want to cover.
Exhibitors: What will your booth look like, and who’s going to staff it for you? What products do you plan to bring? It’s time to start making a budget and figuring out your marketing strategy. Also, when was the last time you updated your company profile on IMTS.com? Visitors are going to start looking soon, so make sure it’s as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
