INSIDE THE ONLINE E-KIT

By now you have probably gotten several emails directing you to the IMTS E-Kit. What is the E-Kit and why should you use it?

The Online E-Kit is the place where all of the information you need to plan your booth at IMTS is located. Here are a few key features:

• Save Time with the E-Kit.
  Visit the Online E-Kit and see real time which of your forms have been received by vendors. All official show vendors are required to mark when they have received your forms within 3-5 business days after they receive it. No more calling them to find out if they have them or not - simply log into the E-Kit, and go to All Forms in the E-Kit Forms area. You can track all the forms you have sent for your company, and see if the vendors have received them yet.
  
  
• Public Relations Made Easy : Submit Media (Press) Kit Material through the Online E-Kit.
  If you have prepared PR items for IMTS, posting them through your Online Media Kit in the E-Kit is a must. IMTS is sending messages to key members of the media on a weekly basis. Already, 452 items have been uploaded by over 200 exhibitors to the online press room.
  
  
• Save Money with Deadline Date Reminders.
  Savvy exhibitors know that good planning saves money, and late orders can = big unnecessary expenses. Good exhibitors have already added Outlook reminders to their calendar's or signed-up for email reminders that will be sent 2 days before the deadline. If you want to do this too and never miss another deadline, look for Sign up for Reminders in the E-Kit forms left-hand navigation.

OUTSIDE VENDOR WARNING

Buyer beware! Please take special note to use only official approved IMTS vendors. We take special care to not distribute your contact information, but we still have non-approved people who want your business. Most of these just don't work out to your best interest. Official IMTS vendors will display the IMTS Vendor Logo on their forms and correspondence to you.

While we can't stop people from doing business, we would be remiss if we didn't bring this to your attention. We caution you to thoroughly research any offer that seems too good to pass up. Our official vendors are partners with us in the show and, we feel, provide the best quality services at a fair equitable price. We have no control over companies who are not the official IMTS vendor; therefore, if there is an issue, we can't assist you in the best way possible.

IMTS 2008 has a targeted move-in and move-out schedule for all machinery and display material. It is crucial that all exhibitors follow this schedule. Click on your hall below for the schedule (as of 6/6/2008):
