LAST CHANCE TO REVIEW DATA FOR THE IMTS DIRECTORY

Data for the printed IMTS Directory will be pulled on July 18! We suggest you take one last look to make sure you will be listed exactly the way you want to be! The quickest way to review your listing is to log-in to the E-Kit and select "Update Company Profile" in the left-hand navigation. Follow the directions from there!

IMTS 2010 SPACE APPLICATION COMING THIS MONTH

IMTS is one of the greatest marketing opportunities in the world for companies in the manufacturing industry. It provides an unparallel forum where more than 90,000 attendees gather together to view the newest technology. All have an integral role in the decision process determining the direction of their respective companies in the years ahead.

IMTS 2010 will be held in Chicago from Sept. 13-18, 2010 and the 2010 Space Applications are right around the corner. Applications will be mailed out later this month and to be included in the initial space assignments, the completed application and 10% deposit need to be returned by October 6, 2008.

And for the first time, you'll be able to complete your application and pay your deposit online on www.IMTS.com in Apply for Space. Stay tuned for more information on that exciting new option to the application process.

FAQ OF THE DAY: HOW CAN I MARK FORMS THAT DON'T APPLY TO MY COMPANY IN THE ONLINE E-KIT?

Just because a form is in the E-Kit doesn't mean you need to fill it out. We heard from many of you that it would be helpful if there was a way to mark forms as "not needed". We listened, and now you can do it!

When you log into the E-Kit, click "E-Kit Forms" then Mark Forms Not Needed. From there, check the box next to the form(s) you do not need. Then HIT the "MARK SELECTED ITEMS" button. After you've done that, those forms won't appear on your lists any more. You can always add them back in if you change your mind. If you have other suggestions that would make the E-Kit more useful to you, please feel free to e-mail the staff.
