MEETING NEXT WEEK'S DEADLINES HELP YOU SAVE $$$

July 28th is looming! This is a critical date if you want to assure the best possible rates for your booth.

If you have questions for the IMTS General Contractor, GES, please call them at the GES - IMTS Information Center at 866-280-7765 or 773-284-3960, or Email: them at IMTSservice@ges.com. Be sure to include your company name and booth number.

THE MEETING CENTER

The Meeting Center is a place where Exhibitors can rent out mini-conference rooms to conduct business in a more private setting rather than the show floor (4-10 people). For $100 Exhibitors receive four allotments (one hour per allotment) in which they can spread out the time whenever needed during show hours. This time can be purchased before the show or during the show. Though, to make sure that you are guaranteed a space, we suggest that you turn in your requests as soon as possible.

The Meeting Center will be located in the South Hall (room S-103), Lakeside Center (East Hall) (room E-252), and West Hall (room W-470). Coffee and tea will be provided and if the Exhibitor wishes to have their meeting catered, they may contact Chicago Restaurant Partners at McCormick Place at 312-791-7252.

FAQ OF THE DAY: DO YOU NEED A DETAILED LAYOUT OF YOUR BOOTH?

As you are getting ready to submit all of your critical forms before July 28th, you may need a Detailed Layout of your booth. Want to know how to get it? Here's the scoop from GES, the IMTS 2008 General Contractor:

It is easy to get a detailed plan of your booth that will include electric, plumbing, drain, columns, etc. Simply contact the GES - IMTS Information Center and request a booth layout with utility ports included. Be sure to include your company name and booth number.
