SERVICES FOR VISITORS / EXHIBITORS WITH DISABILITIES

Question: What disability services are available at McCormick Place?

Wheelchairs and scooters are available at the McCormick Place permanent coat check located in the South Building, Level 1, Gate 4 (next to the connection to the Hyatt Hotel) for a rental fee and must be reserved prior to your arrival. Reservations by phone only. Please call Scootaround at 888-441-7575 or 204-982-0657 to make your reservation as soon as possible.

The cost is $40 per day for a battery operated scooter rental. There is no charge for a manual wheelchair rental. Pre-payment by Visa or MasterCard is required. For more information visit: www.scootaround.com. Refer any questions to 800-404-5554.
