Question: Who do I talk to about electrical, air, and plumbing and communication services?

McCormick Place under their Focus One Group provides these services on site. Focus One was established several years ago to provide central in-house order point and exhibitor liaison for the installation of all utility services while exhibiting at McCormick Place.

The Focus One customer service teams will work with each exhibitor to provide the best services at the least possible cost. The "lump sum" pricing concept was introduced by Focus One to provide exhibitors with firm up-front pricing for utility installation and removal that also includes the labor costs. This pricing option means you can now better manage and more importantly budget your show utility costs. All you need to do is complete the quote request form and return to Focus One for your pricing options.

It also includes an excellent Question and Answer Section that should help all exhibitors with their orders.
