Using the IMTS.com Online Media Center

All the information you need to use the online Media Center is available by logging onto theE-Kit.

A traditional one to three page e-release (double-spaced) is always acceptable
Note: We recommend Word documents or PDF.
Provide a contact name with telephone number, fax, email address and website address
Include any special instructions regarding inquiry handling
Upload digital images in .TIF or .EPS format
- For best reproduction, print-ready image files should be at least 300 dpi (118 dpcm) and saved as CMYK color in a .TIF or .EPS file format. Most publishers can also accept images that have been saved as a high-resolution pdf file.
- JPG or GIF files are also usually acceptable, but will force the publisher to convert the file to a print-ready format. JPGs and GIFs are intended for Web presentation (72 dpi), so if these files are used, make sure they are of sufficient image size for acceptable print reproduction.
