Move-In & Move-Out Schedule

IMTS 2010 has a targeted move-in and move-out schedule for all machinery and display material. It is crucial that all exhibitors follow this schedule. Click on your hall below for the schedule:

INBOUND & OUTBOUND

Move-In Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for ALL Buildings
Move-Out Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for ALL Buildings

Move-In Days: Wednesday, September 1 - Sunday, September 12
Dark Days (Exhibit Halls Closed): Sunday, September 5 - Monday, September 6
Move-Out Days: Sunday, September 19 - Saturday, September 25

Shuttle service will pick-up and drop-off at each building of McCormick Place. Shuttle access is provided from the back of the South (Hall A), North (Hall B), and West (Hall F) Buildings. Lakeside Center (East - Hall D) has shuttle access at the side entrance. Station seating and complementary water will also be available.

Special Assistance

Wheelchairs and scooters are available to rent at the McCormick Place permanent coat check located in the South Building, Level 1, Gate 4 (next to the connection to the Hyatt Hotel) for a fee and must be reserved prior to your arrival. Reservations can be made online or by phone. Please call Scootaround toll free at 888-441-7575 or 204-982-0657 to make reservations as soon as possible. The cost is $50 per day for battery powered scotter rental and $20 per day for a manual wheelchair. Prepayment by Vica or Mastercard is required.
