IMTS 2010 Exhibitors: Login to your E-Kit to apply for IMTS 2012. Look under the "E-Kit To-Do List".

Not a 2010 Exhibitor: Fill out a request form to generate the space application for IMTS 2012 and make your 10% deposit payment. (Space payments are non-refundable - PDF)

Booth Space Cost: $29 a square foot. (Prices subject to change after January 1, 2011.) This cost includes the exhibitor’s workshop, promotional materials, curtain-type backdrop, side rails, standard exhibit sign, a listing on IMTS.com and the largest North American audience for an industrial trade show.

Access Your Existing Space Application

If you have already completed your space application for IMTS 2012 and have your confirmation number you can access your information by clicking here.

Modifications to Space Application: If you have modifications for your Booth Space Application (increase or decrease booth space) please contact the Exhibition Sales staff (see Questions below) to discuss. Modifications for payment can NOT be done online. If you have contact information changes then you can edit your Space Application and then print, sign and fax the form to IMTS.

Deadline Dates

IMTS 2012 applications with deposits postmarked by October 11, 2010, will be assigned first. New assignments will be made on a space available basis.
