Booth space assignments for IMTS 2014 will begin soon. There is still time to complete your application and make your 10% deposit payment (space payments are non-refundable).

Booth Space Cost: $30 per square foot. This cost includes the IMTSedu exhibitor training program, promotional materials, curtain-type backdrop, side rails, standard exhibit sign, a listing on IMTS.com and the largest North American audience for an industrial trade show.

Beyond the traditional raw floor space option at IMTS, two new package booth plans are available.

Access Your Existing Space Application

If you have already completed your space application for IMTS 2014 and have your confirmation number you can access your existing space application online.

Modifications to Space Application: If you have modifications for your Booth Space Application (increase or decrease booth space) please contact the Exhibition Sales staff to discuss.

Modifications for payment can NOT be done online. If you have contact information changes, edit your Space Application and then print, sign and fax the form to IMTS.

Deadline

IMTS 2014 applications with deposits postmarked by October 15, 2012, will be assigned first. New assignments will be made on a space-available basis.
