IMTS 2008 HOTEL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

Connections Housing will again be the official housing provider for IMTS. You may make a reservation by the following method(s):

Exhibitor Individual Housing (for less than 10 rooms)
» Online: Book Hotel Room
» Fax or Mail: Complete the Exhibitor Housing Form A and return to IMTS/Connections Housing.

Exhibitor Block Housing (for 10 - 20 rooms)
» Online: Book Hotel Room
» Fax or Mail: Complete the Exhibitor Housing Form B and return to IMTS/Connections Housing.

Exhibitor Block Housing (for more than 20 rooms)
» Fax or Mail: Complete the Exhibitor Housing Form B and return to IMTS/Connections Housing.

Important Dates & Information

• A deposit equaling first night's room and tax is required for each reservation made at the time of booking. Tax is 15.4% (subject to change). Deposits may be made by credit card or check.
• July 25, 2008 - Reservation deposits are non-refundable after this date.
• July 25, 2008 - All rooming lists are due. After July 25, 2008, rooms without names are subject to cancellation and deposits will be forfeited.
• August 6, 2008 - Make reservations by this date to receive official IMTS rates.

Visit the Chicago Transportation page for information on the free Hotel Shuttle Bus Service, Metra Train Service and Schedule, McCormick Place Parking and Directions, and buses to the airport from McCormick Place.

BAGGAGE & COAT CHECK
