Where's my exhibitor kit? Or How do I get information and order the things we'll need for our booth?

The E-Kit forms are live and are available online only. You can also log in to the E-Kit to update your company profile.

How do I update my company information for the directory (online and print)?

You will need your login information to update your online company profile. Go to the E-Kit page and enter your login information. Once in the E-Kit you will be given the option to update your company profile. The information in the online directory is used to create the printed directory (Directory of Exhibits) so please update as needed.

Where can I find my move-in/out dates for IMTS 2012? Or When can we move into our booth?

Move-in Dates: Aug. 29 - Sept. 1, 2012 from 8:00am - 4:30pm
Dark Days: Sept. 4-8, 2012 from 8:00am- 4:30pm; Sept. 9, 2012 from 8:00am -8:00pm
Move-out Dates: Sept. 16, 2012- Sept. 21, 2012 from 8:00am - 4:30pm
(East building move-out) Sept. 19, 2012 from 8:00am - 4:30pm
