What are the move-in/out dates for IMTS 2012?

Move-in Dates: Aug. 29 - Sept. 1, 2012 from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Sept. 4 - 8, 2012 from 8:00am- 4:30pm; Sept. 9, 2012 from 8:00am -8:00pm
Dark Days: Sept. 2 - 3, 2012
Move-out Dates: Sept. 16 - 21, 2012 from 8:00am - 4:30pm
(East building move-out Sept. 16 - 19, 2012 from 8:00am - 4:30pm)

Where do I find directions and instructions for preparing my booth shipment?

All IMTS carrier information is listed in the exhibitor section under Freight. Here you will find instructions for drivers, forms, procedures, regulations, show information, directions and maps for the GES Advance Warehouse and the McCormick Place Marshalling Yard, contact information and a full list of exhibitor target move-in and -out dates by building. We have even posted a webinar recording with GES to assist you in planning your deliveries to the show.
