Getting Around IMTS

How do I find my way around?

Building maps will be available throughout McCormick Place to help get you where you want to be. View the floor plan and create a MyShow Planner to help you navigate the show floor. The IMTS 2012 Mobile App is also available for Android and iPhone to view maps and find exhibitors at the show. All other internet-enabled mobile phones can access maps, exhibitors, MyShow Planner and show info on the IMTS Mobile Site.

Is there a shuttle bus schedule available?

IMTS will provide complimentary shuttle transportation to and from its official hotels and McCormick Place.  The schedule is posted in the travel section of IMTS.com.

How do I rent a scooter/wheelchair?

Scootaround is proud to be the exclusive provider of mobility solutions at McCormick Place. Through their on-site location, you can rent mobility scooters, wheelchairs and oxygen equipment for major events held at the center.

While Scootaround will make every effort to accommodate all needs, you are encouraged to reserve in advance! To reserve your equipment call toll free 1-888-441-7575. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all rentals.

Where can I check my coat and bags?

IMTS will offer coat and baggage check at McCormick Place in S-100 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The service will not accept laptops. Locations and fees will be posted in the travel section of IMTS.com.
