IMTS Protocol
Are cameras/video allowed on the show floor?
Cameras and video recording devices are allowed on the show floor but each exhibitor may limit the use of photography in their booth. Please keep an eye out for those exhibitors that have ‘No Photography’ signs in their booths. Before taking photos inside a booth it is a good idea to check with booth personnel first.
Are suitcases and strollers allowed on the show floor?
Suitcases and strollers are allowed on the show floor.
Can children attend IMTS?
Children are allowed on the floor during show hours only and must be accompanied by an adult.
Children can register for free with their parent in any Visitor Registration area. Groups of school aged students may register with the NIMS Student Skills Center @ IMTS area, located in the North Building Room N138, 139, 140 on Level 1.
Is there a dress code?
While there is no dress code, most visitors wear attire that is consistent to what you would wear to a manufacturing plant or factory.
Can I purchase machines on the show floor?
Some items may be purchased directly on the show floor with shipping arrangements available after the show closes.
