Kudos to IMTS Exhibitors on Using PR
Keep up the good work. We’re hearing from the IMTS media that they are hearing from more exhibitors than they ever have in the past! Keep distributing your news to the IMTS media community. And, don’t forget to post everything to IMTS.com where our media followers know to look for news.
Help Your PR Agency Do a Great Job
We’re receiving phone calls and emails from many exhibitors’ public relations agencies and press agents about press conferences and press materials at IMTS.
Your agency will need your E-Kit login/password to be able to upload your press materials to IMTS.com and to reserve the Media Briefing Room, which is part of the onsite Media Center, for press conferences. If your booth is 600 sq ft or larger, you may hold the conference in your booth. But, be sure to contact us with all the details so we can add it to the Media Event Schedule we have on IMTS.com and will have in the Media Center at IMTS.
Also let your agency know that we will NOT be accepting any press kits (sticks, dvds or paper) in the Media Center. Everything will be available before and at the show on IMTS.com.
We’ll be making the list of pre-registered media available starting August 15.

Repurpose Your Press Releases
If you don’t have time or don’t want to spend the money it takes to create brochures for the products you are introducing or spotlighting at IMTS, think about repurposing your press releases. It’s a great way to get your message to CUSTOMERS. And, when the message is packaged as NEWS, it has even more impact than a straight marketing message. You can send it by traditional mail or email it. It’s fast, it’s easy and it works!
