5-Axis Vise

Our new 5-Axis vise is ideal for a small machine pallet or work envelope.  The vise has a unibody design maximum rigidity and repeatability and is made from 4140 steel.  The segment and jaws are also manufactured from 4140 steel for maximum workholding strength.  The jaw system uses our patented SnapLock Jaw System allowing the user to quickly change out jobs saving time and money.  The jaws are machinable for maximum part contact and clamping pressure.

Double Acting Hydraulic Vise

Our new Hydraulic Vise is doubling acting.  This means that each station can be controlled independently both opening and closing.  This is ideal for robotic applications and for lights out manufacturing.  The vise can easily be interfaced with machine controls or PLC.  Hydraulics also allow a consistent and controlled clamping pressure.  The vise accepts our patented SnapLock Jaw system.  Allowing rapid changeovers from job to job and part to part.  Currently available in a 4" laydown vise.  Coming soon: 4" 8-station vises and 6" laydown and 8-station vises.

CMM Fixturing

Our line of CMM fixturing is now available in both 1/4-20 and M8 thread sizes.  Our fixturing system is designed for easy assembly of fixtures with high repeatability.  Eliminating the need for costly dedicated fixtures.  This system offers a highly accurate and flexible solution for holding parts while probing.  Our line includes: Aluminum Fixture Plate that are alpha-numerically addressed for easy documentation and fixture rebuild, our Soft Touch Clamp that allows light clamping pressures with simply a touch (eliminating workpiece distortion)and a variety of locating and positioning components for maximum flexibility.
