iVET mobile for Visual EstiTrack ERP
Henning Software Inc., a Hudson Ohio based Software Development Company, has announced that it will be demonstrating its new mobile device application named iVET at the Westec manufacturing show in Los Angeles CA in March. iVET is a new optional mobile add-on application to Henning Software’ s flagship ERP product Visual EstiTrack. It is designed to run on most mobile devices including Apple Computer’s iPhone, iPad, Microsoft’s Windows 7 Phone and Google Android based phones/tablets. The purpose of the iVET application is to provide Visual EstiTrack end-users direct mobile access to their Visual EstiTrack’s database, making it easy for them to view Customers, Vendors, Employees, Orders, Inventory and Company Metrics directly from their touch screen mobile hand-held device.
A key feature of Henning Software’s new iVET application is its ability to directly invoke phone call dialing, SMS(text messages, emails and map/GPS features of the mobile phone device. For example, when viewing a customer or vendor the end-user can touch the phone number label to dial the phone number or the email label to email a customer from their mobile phone. The end-user can also click on the address label to launch the mobile phones mapping software to get directions to their customer or vendor from their current GPS location.
