Fixtureworks offers replaceable grippers and rest pads
Available in a wide variety of styles and sizes, grippers and rest pads from Fairlane Products are a practical and economical alternative for many jig, fixture and chuck jaw applications.
Because these components are quick and simple to replace, they enhance the fixture system by minimizing downtime during production and setup. They also extend the life of chuck jaws, clamps, special workholding devices and positioning applications.
Grippers are available with a variety of serration patterns and are made from high speed tool steel, solid carbide or with carbide tips.
Rest pads are made from non-marring white delrin for delicate surfaces or hardened steel for lasting wear on non-finished workpieces. Carbide provides longer use in severe and heavy duty applications.

Kipp. Imao. OK-Vise. Fixtureworks is your source!
Imao® One-Touch Swing Clamps swing into position and clamp straight down onto the workpiece for direct downward pressure. The arm swings completely out of the way to allow for easy loading and unloading, making these clamps ideal for repetitive, precise use.
OK-Vise® Wedge Clamps provide high clamping force while taking up little space on the fastening base. Designed to fit between work pieces so that parts can be ganged together for machining, they thrust the workpieces against a stop with up to 32,000 lbs. of force and prevent movement on the fastening base. The clamps expand evenly on both vertical and horizontal planes as they are tightened down.
Kipp® Toggle Clamps offer a high quality, durable alternative to standard toggle clamps. The non-slip ergonomic handle allows for easy and comfortable use. These clamps feature high quality bushings that won’t score and are designed to withstand up to 30,000 cycles. These clamps operate smoothly without play during clamping and unclamping while providing constant operating forces.
Kipp® Adjustable Handles are available in a variety of sizes, styles and colors and are ideal for use in manufacturing, as well as on end products.
