Portable Roughness Checker with Big Features
Light and compact in design, easy to operate with long-lasting battery power, the Jenoptik W10 mobile surface roughness measuring system is ideally suited for measurements on the production line or machining cell.
The remote measuring capability brings the measurement lab to the shop floor. Simple to use, operation is intuitive through the easy to understand graphic user interface. More than 800 measurements with one battery charge guarantee a high level of reliability even during frequent use. Measuring results may be quickly printed out on the optional printer—wirelessly via Bluetooth technology.
Capable of checking more than 40 roughness and waviness parameters using an extensive array of probes and accessories, the new W10 can match the performance of more expensive stationary systems with its accuracy and precision.
Optical Automatic Bore Surface Scanning
Jenoptik's IPS 100 bore inspection system provides rapid, single pass, automatic surface inspection of diameters from 75-110 mm, instantly delivering a 360° panoramic undistorted view of a bore. The sensor permits detection of surface defects such as blow holes, scratches, porosities and more, to any depth.
Typical applications include engine blocks, transmission cases, connecting rods, steering gear cases, and cylinder liners.
Utilizing CMOS imaging technology, the IPS100 continuously scans the bore surface at high speed, creating a viewable image of the bore interior.
The IPS 100 is a highly reliable measuring tool for high-volume inspection of critical bores, providing immediate reports to production management not only about product quality but also manufacturing process capability.
Compact Optical Shaft Measuring System
Opticline optical noncontact CNC shaft gaging systems rapidly measure form, dimensional, and positional tolerances of shaft-type parts in submicron detail, instantly recording results.
A powerful alternative to conventional shaft measuring techniques, Opticline is ideal for medical, aerospace, automotive, and other applications producing such complex parts as hip joints, bearings, turbine blades.
Very small geometry elements and hard-turned shafts from engine valves through turbocharger shafts and short drive shafts are measured quickly and easily with the high resolution camera system.
With this compact member of the Jenoptik Opticline family of instruments, you will be able to quickly measure workpieces with a total length of 300 mm, a diameter of 0.2 mm to 140 mm and a part weight of up to 10 kg.
