In order to receive the best rates available, it is highly recommended that you make your reservations within the block. The hotel block is the only place where you'll find early bird and extended-stay rates.

Important Dates & Information

• Reservation(s) must be guaranteed with a credit card authorized to be charged, or a check, in the amount of a deposit for one night's room and tax for each room reserved. The tax rate is currently 15.4% and subject to change.
• Early Bird Deadline (May 28, 2010): Reservations made after this date are not eligible for the early bird rates.
• Rooming Lists Due (July 30, 2010): After this date, rooms without individual names are subject to cancellation.
• Cancellation Deadline (August 11, 2010): Reservations may be canceled without penalty on, or before, this date. Any reservations canceled after August 11, 2010 will be charged a penalty or forfeit the deposit, equaling first night's room and tax per room canceled by the IMTS Housing Agency, Connections Housing.

Hotel Shuttle

Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service will be provided during show days September 13-18, 2010 to and from the official show hotels and McCormick South, West and East Buildings. Shuttle schedule and pick-up points are subject to change. Be sure to check the official IMTS hotel lobby signs when you arrive in Chicago for current information and updates.
