IMTS 2026 Floor Plan Is Live!

We're thrilled to announce that the IMTS 2026 floor plan is now live! You should have already received an email with all the details about your booth space, including its location on the floor plan. In the same email, you received information on how to access the e-Kit, your comprehensive resource to guide you through every aspect of the event. If you haven’t seen the email yet, please check your inbox and spam folder. The journey to a successful trade show experience starts now, and we’re excited to be part of it with you!

Don’t Let the Bill Haunt You (May Payment Reminder)

The first 30% payment is due May 1. You can make the payment via your e-Kit. When you log in, you will see “Financials” on the right-hand side with a “Go to Financials” button. This will take you to a page where you can review your information and submit payment.

Switch It Up? Submit Your Booth Change Request Form

If you would like to request a booth change, please submit a Booth Change Request form. This form may be found in your e-Kit checklist. Requests submitted by May 1 will be part of the Priority Space Request Group. Communication to this group will begin between May 1 and June 1, 2025.

General Contractor Spotlight

Hello! My name is Tom Gilmore Jr., and I am the IMTS national freight manager for GES, your IMTS 2026 general contractor. My team and I will be here to assist you at every step on your journey to a successful IMTS. IMTS 2026 will be the 15th show I have been a part of, and I am here to answer questions, give insight, and provide some tips and tricks to make your IMTS 2026 as smooth as possible. Please keep an eye on this space, as I will provide updates on GES operations, give a heads-up on any training seminars or webinars, and share knowledge and advice on a different trade show topic each month.
