Exciting Times Ahead at GES: Countdown to IMTS 2026

We’re thrilled to be just over a year away from the start of IMTS 2026. So much has happened in the past few weeks – and even more will happen soon! 

By now, you should have received our event mailer, which includes essential details about the show, such as custom pricing, marshalling yard information, machinery uncrating options, and more. We strongly encourage you to review these materials as a helpful primer ahead of the e-Kit launch.

Starting Sept. 2, the Target Questionnaire will be live in the e-Kit. This is an important step in your preparation, so please be sure to review and complete it to the best of your ability once it becomes available. Additionally, for the first time ever, e-Kit forms will be accessible a full year in advance, with exhibitor access beginning on Sept. 8. This gives you more time to organize your plans and budgets with ease. Even though the event is a year away, our team – including myself – is here to assist with any questions or concerns as you begin your planning journey.

Next month, Casey Wedlake, our IMTS Service Center Manager, will guide you through the key elements of navigating the GES pages in the e-Kit. This will be a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the online ordering options before the IMTS Exhibitor Workshop in January, where we’ll be gathering in Chicago. I’m particularly excited about this workshop because it’s a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into the details, and you’ll have the chance to interact with the entire team to get answers to all your questions in person.
