• Upload all required documentation with your order
• Signs must be approved by Show Management and GES before installation

June 30 – Booth Layout Approvals
• Include all required dimensions (walls, structures, and any hanging signs)
• Contact boothapprovals@imts.com with any questions

July 1 – Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Registration
• If your EAC is not in the drop-down contact eacinfo@imts.com
• Add your EAC as a User in the e-Kit

July 26 – Lead Retrieval Discount

July 31 – Free Exhibitor Registration Deadline
