Showroom Health Check: Are Your Essentials Ready?

IMTS success starts long before the physical doors open – it begins online, where attendees are already window-shopping. Your digital showroom is your booth’s opening act, and an empty or outdated profile is like leaving the lights off in your booth while the aisles are full.

Basic Users: Ensure your visibility by verifying that your logo, company description, and product categories are accurate and up to date.
Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite Users: Put a face to the name. You have access to digital business cards and collateral. Have you uploaded your professional headshot and your first brochure yet?

Don’t Miss the (Free) Exhibitor Registration Deadline

The free exhibitor registration deadline is July 31. Register your entire team now to get badges mailed to you. After Aug. 1, registration will cost $60 per badge, and badges must be picked up on-site. Secure your spot early – and save your team both time and money!

Avoid These 3 Common Mistakes in Booth Design

When designing your IMTS 2026 booth, three frequent errors lead to immediate rejection or approval delays:

Booth Height: For 2026, height limits are based on booth depth. Ensure the structures in your booth comply with the maximum height allowed for your booth depth.
- 10' booth depth = 8' maximum height
- 20' booth depth = 12' maximum height
- 30' or greater booth depth = 16' maximum height
Good Neighbor Policy: Are clear sightlines maintained for neighboring exhibitors and through the exhibit hall?
Complete Documentation: Are measurements for all booth structures and hanging signs clearly included on the floor plan and elevation drawings?
