We are officially one year away from IMTS 2026. Many resources are now available this month as you begin your show-planning process.

The IMTS e-Kit is live, and you can also access the GES Expresso pages. This is where you will find pricing for all GES services and place orders.

As in years past, the first step will be for all exhibitors with booths 600 square feet or larger to fill out the freight planner questionnaire. You will be asked what machines, if any, you plan to bring to the show, along with any display material. We will request the dimensions and weights of all freight to ensure accurate target date assignments next spring.

It is important to note that all exhibitors with booths 600 square feet or larger will be redirected to the freight planner page to complete the questionnaire before being able to access any ordering pages for carpet, furniture, labor, etc. We know it is early and that many are still in the beginning stages of planning; however, we encourage you to give your best estimates so you can start to get a picture of your Custom Block costs. The freight planner can be edited and resubmitted as many times as needed until next spring.

Once the freight planner has been submitted, the GES pages of Expresso will provide you with all sorts of information, including material handling, shipping, carpet and furnishing options, labor and utilities, booth package options, and GES rules and regulations. As you begin to navigate these pages, please reach out with any questions or concerns, and a member of the IMTS Servicenter team will be happy to assist. Your Gateway to the IMTS Attendee List

Exhibitor Passport is an online tool that connects you with IMTS attendees before, during, and after the show. It is the only way to access the IMTS attendee list. Within the tool, users can access attendee data from the 2024 and 2026 shows, along with various filters to find their target audience.

Once you segment the audience, you may email attendees through the tool who have opted in to receive emails from IMTS exhibitors. For anyone who has not opted in to receive emails, you are more than welcome to have your sales team call them or your marketing team send them mailers.

Exhibitor Passport is valid from February 2026 through January 2028. There is no limit to the number of users per company. The only limitation is that all lists created within the tool cannot exceed 10,000 emailable contacts, ensuring that companies use the filters to connect with only the attendees interested in their products and services.

To purchase Exhibitor Passport, log in to your IMTS e-Kit and scroll down to “Purchase Passport” in your “Checklist.” As a friendly reminder, the early bird rate of $3,250 is valid until April 30, 2026. After that date, the price will increase to $5,500 for AMT members and $7,500 for non-members.
