New Procedures for Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)
Matt Lutz of IMTS Exhibitions reviews the new procedures implemented this year for exhibitors to request the services of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) for IMTS 2016.
Begin by logging into your e-Kit, then select “Checklist”, scroll down and click on EAC Registration. Once on the EAC Registration page, begin by typing in the company name of your desired EAC. If the company is already in our database, their company name will appear in the drop-down box. Highlight the desired company, click submit, and an email will be sent to them indicating that you have requested their services for IMTS 2016.
If the company is not in our database, then complete the information requested on the form, click submit, and an email will be sent to them indicating that you have requested their services for IMTS, along with instructions on how to become authorized to participate in IMTS 2016.
Prior to requesting badges for IMTS 2016, all EACs must be registered with and become fully approved by McCormick Place and IMTS.
