As you know, the rules and regulations for IMTS are posted on IMTS.com. While most of the rules and regulations have not changed from IMTS 2014, we want to bring special attention to a new insurance vendor and the addition of a “Good Neighbor” policy:

  1. A new insurance vendor, Rainprotection, can assist with insurance and is available to answer questions to be sure you have the correct coverage for the event. You can find the information in your e-Kit Checklist, under “Exhibitor Booth Insurance.” Also you may want to review the Limitation of Liability Indemnification on pages 1 and 2 of IMTS 2016 Rules & Regulations.
  2. The addition of a “Good Neighbor” Policy, "In order to provide all IMTS exhibitors with access to attendee traffic, exhibits must conform to IMTS Trade Show booth design codes that insure safety and protect line of sight for all exhibitors." A complete definition of the Good Neighbor Policy can be seen on page 8 and 9 of the IMTS 2016 Rules & Regulations. Please review the information and be sure your booth design will meet this new criteria.
