Be sure your prospects are seeing the latest you are offering by keeping your showroom listings up-to-date in your e-Kit under “Update Profile.” Have your contact information, product categories, etc. up-to-date! In addition, expand your showroom via four advertising levels.
Leverage the Power of PR
Let the power of the press help you reach manufacturing audiences: write and distribute a series of news releases about your exhibit prior to the show. Every major magazine that covers manufacturing technology reports on IMTS activity, and you can find contact information for more than 70 editors in our list of Key Publications.
The Media Center is an important news resource for editors. IMTS anticipates more than 400 registered media representatives will be searching for stories at the show, and one of the first places they look for news is the Online Media Center.

Let your customers know that you will be at IMTS 2016 by posting a “Visit Us at IMTS 2016” or “Register Now” Web sticker/banner that points directly to your booth. Just copy/paste the code to your website. Find the stickers in your e-Kit, go to your Checklist and filter on Marketing/Sponsorship or search for “Visit Us at IMTS.”
Direct Mail and Downloadable Marketing Materials
Direct mail is a proven technique that drives booth traffic, and IMTS provides direct mail materials that will help you send targeted mailings to key customers and prospects.
