The rules and regulations for IMTS have been posted on IMTS.com. While most of the rules and regulations have not changed, we want to bring special attention to a newly added policy and procedures that will affect all companies exhibiting at IMTS 2016.

Section XXXIV - Good Neighbor Policy has been added into the IMTS 2016 Rules & Regulations. This section addresses new procedures for island and peninsula booths, as well as overall conduct at IMTS.

"In order to provide all IMTS exhibitors with access to attendee traffic, exhibits must conform to IMTS Trade Show booth design codes that insure safety and protect line of sight for all exhibitors."

A complete definition of the Good Neighbor Policy can be seen on page 8 of the IMTS Rules & Regulations. (Print pdf version: http://www.imts.com/pdf/IMTS2016_RulesandRegs.pdf)
