Apple Invests $2.5 Billion in Harrodsburg, Kentucky: Corning Inc. will dedicate its entire Harrodsburg facility to manufacturing glass for Apple products. The project is expected to create at least 200 hourly production jobs, along with salaried positions in glass development and engineering. Apple says this will mark the first time all glass for its products is made in the United States. Rolls-Royce Completes $1 Billion Investment in Indianapolis, Indiana: The campus modernization added advanced manufacturing and full engine-testing capabilities, including new ground-test and altitude-test facilities. Industrial Electric Mfg. Plans $200 Million Project in San Antonio, Texas: The project includes a new 1-million-square-foot manufacturing facility at Brooks City Base and is expected to create up to 3,000 jobs. RayzeBio Plans $173 Million Expansion in Central Indiana: The Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary will expand its radiopharmaceutical manufacturing operations by establishing a facility in Whitestown and creating up to 100 jobs at its Indianapolis and planned Whitestown locations by the end of 2029. ProVia LLC Plans $120 Million Window Plant in Mocksville, North Carolina: The manufacturer of exterior building products will build a window manufacturing facility and create 400 jobs. RTX Raytheon Completes $50 Million Expansion in Forest, Mississippi: The company completed a 17,000-square-foot expansion of its plant. The project is expected to create 100 high-skill jobs by 2028. Great Southern Wood-NC Inc. Plans $40 Million Facility in Scotland County, North Carolina: The manufacturer of pressure-treated lumber will build a lumber treatment facility on a 90-acre site at the Laurinburg-Maxton Airport. The project will create 43 jobs. Boater’s World Manufacturing Group Plans $6 Million Production Campus in Chocowinity, North Carolina: The project is expected to create 179 jobs. Ocean Aero Plans $4 Million Expansion in Gulfport, Mississippi: The project will convert 25,000 square feet into manufacturing space and is expected to create 45 jobs. Hernon Manufacturing Opens $2.8 Million Facility in Sanford, Florida: The manufacturer of sealants, adhesives, and precision application equipment is opening a 13,000-square-foot building across from its 60,000-square-foot headquarters. Norm Fasteners Expands in Plymouth, Michigan: The company acquired an additional automotive fastener manufacturing operation, including a 121,000-square-foot facility and all manufacturing assets. ATC Manufacturing Breaks Ground on Facility Expansion in Post Falls, Idaho: The 57,635-square-foot expansion will create dozens of jobs, including mechanical and project engineers, as well as entry- and mid-level skilled trades positions. Ametri Opens in Millen, Georgia: The company will be the first tenant in an industrial park near the Port of Savannah and is expected to create 30 to 80 jobs.
