In-Person MT Series Coming to a Region Near You
Category: Events • By: Bonnie Gurney, Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships, AMT - The Association for Manufacturing Technology • Oct 11, 2021
This fall, we are excited to co-produce the in-person Manufacturing Technology Series (MT Series) events with our long-time partner, SME. Located in key manufacturing hubs across the country, the MT Series showcases the latest equipment, processes, and advances including breakthrough technologies associated with artificial intelligence, 3D printing/additive manufacturing, robotics, automation, and big data.
We could not be more elated to host these events featuring the newest manufacturing technology, industry insight, and network opportunities to drive your business success.
The MT Series events are tailored to each area’s specific needs and include four long-standing regional manufacturing shows:
- HOUSTEX, Oct. 5-7, Houston, Texas
- EASTEC, Oct. 19-21, West Springfield, Massachusetts
- SOUTHTEC, Oct. 26-28, Greenville, South Carolina
- WESTEC, Nov. 16-18, Long Beach, California
Each show features exhibit halls, keynote speakers, and panel discussions. The MT Series creates a consistent platform to ensure an unparalleled experience – bringing decision-makers from the automotive, aerospace, defense, and medical industries to connect, meet, and collaborate with leading suppliers of advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment, and tooling.
With emerging technologies being adopted at an ever-increasing rate, it’s more important than ever to connect manufacturers to the most advanced technology, especially in high-growth manufacturing areas like south Texas, Southern California, the Southeast, and New England.
Exhibitors are eager to show how they are implementing transformative technologies to help manufacturers achieve greater efficiencies, especially those that help with workforce shortages. Visitors are energized about interacting with the new technology on display. But both are keen to connect with each other to share challenges and come up with solutions that can be implemented.
Rest assured, health and safety are top of mind. Both organizations are working with the staff of each venue to ensure all CDC guidance, government mandates, and precautions are in place and followed.
We are so looking forward to seeing you in person at a MT Series event near you. We can’t wait to talk face to face about how you are doing, what’s new, and what you’re planning for IMTS 2022.
